It is a highly crystalline non-polar thermoplastic resin copolymerized from ethylene and a small amount of one-olefin monomer. High-density polyethylene is synthesized under low pressure, and thus is also called low-pressure polyethylene. High-density polyethylene mainly has a linear molecular structure and rarely branched. It has a high degree of crystallinity and high density. It can withstand high temperatures, has good rigidity, mechanical strength and resistance to chemical corrosion. This high-density polyethylene recycled material is clean and free of impurities, and can be directly processed and produced. It features easy extrusion, good impact resistance, and excellent low-temperature resistance. It can be applied to municipal pipelines, water supply pipes, pipe jacking, corrugated pipes, inner ribbed pipes, steel-belt wound pipes, corrugated pipes, pipe fittings, wood-plastic, blown pipes, blow molding (cardboard, bottles and barrels), blown film and other products. It is high-density polyethylene extruded grade, specifically used for manufacturing gas pipes, water pipes and polyethylene 100 pipe grade pipes.
